The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to several restaurants and shops. the wifi connection was also reliable, which was important for me as I needed to work during my trip.

The staff was not helpful at all, especially the front desk. They were rude and unprofessional.

I had a fantastic stay at Gregoriana! The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from all the historic sites and European shopping. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful city views. The staff, especially Mr. Aldo, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Just a short walk up a small hill and you arrive at the top of the Spanish Steps, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Rome. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and genuine. From organizing airport transfers to providing local restaurant recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms. The 1920s decoration added a charming touch, and the rooms themselves were spacious with very large closets - perfect for unpacking and settling in. Lastly, breakfast was a delightful experience. Along with the room rate, a delicious breakfast was included, a lovely way to start each day of exploration.
