Hotel Gregoriana Rome

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to several restaurants and shops. The wifi connection was also reliable, important for me as I needed to work during my trip.

The staff was not helpful at all, especially the front desk. They were rude and unprofessional.

I had a fantastic stay at Gregoriana! The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from all the historic sites and European shopping. The room wasvery comfy and tidy with beautiful city views. The staff, especially Mr Aldo, were friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that there were many great restaurants nearby that weren't too touristy. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and friendly service.

This hotel near the Spanish Steps truly exceeded my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the best of the city. Just a short walk up a small hill and you arrive at the top of the Spanish Steps, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Rome. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and genuine. From organizing airport transfers to providing local restaurant recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms. The 1920s decoration added a charming touch, and the rooms themselves were spacious with very large closets - perfect for unpacking and settling in. Lastly, breakfast was a delightful experience. Along with the room rate, a delicious breakfast was included, a lovely way to start each day of exploration.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the friendly staff who greeted us with warm smiles. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was just a short walk to the main attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. the room was clean and had a safe, convenient for storing our belongings.

One of the downsides was the small and cramped shower, difficult to shower comfortably. Another disappointment was that the hotel charged for breakfast items, such as eggs and fresh fruit juice, which I found to be an unexpected expense.
